The Villa Lea (350 m²) will captivate you with its enchanting and very comfortable interiors, fully airconditioned, and sleeping 6/7 people in 3 bedrooms:
– The ground floor is composed of a living room with velvet sofas and panoramic sliding windows that open to the outdoor patio, and a very spacious kitchen with island and dining table. You’ll also find the first bedroom on this level: a stylish room with large double bed, ensuite bathroom with a lovely freestanding tub and shower, and a small annex room with optional single bed. Toilet at mezzanine level.
– On the first floor are the other two double bedrooms, again very tastefully furnished, each with an ensuite bathroom with shower and their own terrace with picturesque country views. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The lush garden (500 m²) with views of the vineyards is a wonderfully peaceful and tranquil spot to spend your vacation; it’s ideal for grilling and dining al fresco. Savor your private pool while lounging on the terrace with umbrellas and sun loungers.

Villa Lea is close to the quaint village of Monforte D’Alba (1.2 km away), in the midst of the rolling hills of Piedmont’s stunning Langhe area. A local winery that makes excellent wines is within walking distance!
Monforte D’Alba features a variety of outstanding restaurants and is well-known for its annual summer jazz festival. Piedmont is a gorgeous countryside Italian region that offers wines, cheese, truffles, and memorable culinary delights for a relaxing trip.

Extra to be paid:
– Security deposit in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer to the owner (refundable): 1000 euro

Arrival and departure:
Minimum stay of 3 nights.

Note:
– The bedroom on the ground floor also has a independent entrance.
– Upon request and suitable for a teen: a single bed is available in an annex room next to the ground floor bedroom.
– Children must be at least 12 years old to stay at this villa.
– Swimming pool seasonally opened approximately from May to end September; contact us for the exact dates before booking.
– Domestic animals not allowed.
– Parties or events not allowed.
