Private stylish villa with spectacular views of the lake in Arona, Lake Maggiore!

The ‘Villa La Rocca’ is perched on top of a rock above Arona with stunning panoramas. The villa (300 m²) is well designed and tastefully furnished and can sleep 9 people in 5 bedrooms:
– The ground-floor entry leads to the first story via a stairway. Large windows illuminate the dining room, which has an elegant table and access to the garden, as well as the cozy living room, which is designed around the fireplace and leads out to the outside terrace for dining alfresco with breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower.
– On the second floor are the 5 air-conditioned bedrooms. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed with frontal lake views. A single bedroom. Bathroom with bathtub. A family suite begins with a bedroom with two single beds, followed by a bathroom with a shower, and finally a bedroom with a double bed.

Outside, you’ll find a delightful garden with an idyllic lawn where you can unwind on the sunloungers and gaze out at the quiet lake waters.

The holiday Villa La Rocca is located on top of a hill next to a wonderful park “Parco della Rocca” (see notes below). Within walking distance (down 1 km) is the center of the lakeside town Arona. It is a very charming and lively town with a beautiful lakefront promenade and many shops and restaurants. From there you can easily hop on a ferry and explore the delights of Lake Maggiore. Arona’s railway station connects you directly to the centre of Milan and only 17 km away you’ll find Stresa, the most popular tourist town on the lake, with regular ferries to the famous and spectacular Borromeo Islands. Many easy day trips are possible: the famous Piedmont vineyards, the romantic Lake Orta, playing golf on one of the many golf courses or hiking in the nearby mountains.

RENTAL CONDITIONS – VILLA LA ROCCA:
Included:
Water, electricity, air conditioning, gas, heating, smart TV, wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine, baby bed and high chair, garden, barbecue, garage and outside parking

Extra to be paid cash upon arrival:
– Security deposit (refundable): 1000 euro
– Cleaning (obligatory): 300 euro per week
– Bed linen and bathroom towels (obligatory): 135 euro
– Pets allowed (upon prior request only): 10 euro per day (maximum one pet)
– Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

Note:
– The villa is situated at the end of a road. It continues as a walking path, passing below the property, going towards a public park “Parco della Rocca Borromea di Arona” (www.parcoroccaarona.com): people go there to stroll around and relax in nature while enjoying the views over Lake Maggiore; there is a bar/restaurant with occasionally musical events, a small playground for children, a pond, and some animals, such as goats, donkeys, and turtles.
– Parties or events not allowed.

Important: pre-authorization of any in-villa services by external people is required by the owner of the villa, and for some properties the services can be organised only by trusted persons of the owner. Please enquire before booking.
