Tantalizing vacation villa between Arona and Meina with private pool and panoramic views over Lake Maggiore.
The Villa Bellavista (200m²) can sleep up to 8 people in 4 air conditioned bedrooms:
– On the main floor is a spacious and bright living room with dining table, comfortable couches and open fireplace. It is stylishly furnished and has all modern conveniences such as smart TV, wireless internet, and playstation console. Separate fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. On the same level are two bedrooms with double bed, and two bathrooms: one with bathtub and one with shower (hydromassage).
– On the first floor are two further bedrooms with double bed. Bathroom with shower. Little terrace.
The house is set in an elevated position with impressive views over Lake Maggiore. Outside you’ll find a covered terrace with table and chairs, a lovely garden with landscaped lawn, barbecue, swimming pool with sun loungers, and a little slide and table for the toddlers. Covered parking space available. All this in your own exclusive privacy: the entire property (400m²) is fenced and secured with an electronic entrance gate.
The vacation villa ‘Villa Bellavista’ is situated on a hillside in Meina at 4 km from the charming town of Arona with its beautiful lakeside promenade and many shops and restaurants. From there you can easily hop on a ferry and explore the delights of Lake Maggiore. Arona’s railway station connects you directly to the centre of Milan and only 15 km away you’ll find Stresa, the most popular tourist town on the lake, with regular ferries to the famous and spectacular Borromeo Islands. Many easy day trips are possible: the famous Piedmont vineyards, the romantic Lake Orta, playing golf on one of the many golf courses or hiking in the nearby mountains.

Villa Bellavista - Rental conditions
Included:
Welcome aperitif, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels, TV, DVD blu ray, playstation, wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine, garden, barbecue (one gas grill and one hot stone), swimming pool (4,5 x 9m; depth 1,7m), fitness equipment, car charging station, covered parking space
Extra to be paid cash upon arrival:
- Security deposit (also possible by bank transfer - refundable): 800 euro
- Final cleaning (obligatory): 200 euro
- The electricity (i.e. for the air conditioning) is metered at 0,5 euro/KWH with a bonus included of 50 euro. Any extra usage will be detracted from the deposit.
- Heating house (seasonal): 20 euro per day
- Baby bed (on request): 50 euro per week
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable
Arrival and departure:
Reservations by week from Saturday to Saturday.
Note:
- Three of the double beds can be divided into 2 single beds.
- Swimming pool opened seasonally approx from mid-April to end-October; contact us for the exact dates before booking.
- Domestic animals not allowed.
- Parties or events not allowed.

Private chef and other catering options, pre-stocking, extra cleaning and change of linen, personal trainer and massage, tour guide, boat & bike rentals, and other extra services: upon prior request only - we will gladly provide you with the direct contact details of the service providers to enhance your villa vacation experience.
Important: pre-authorization of any in-villa services by external people is required by the owner of the villa, and for some properties the services can be organised only by trusted persons of the owner. Please enquire before booking.
