Welcoming and appealing villa with private pool and views of Lake Maggiore!

The Villa Mirella (335 m²) has recently been completely renovated in a contemporary, tastefully furnished and very comfortable home, fully air conditioned, and sleeps 12 people in 6 bedrooms:
– The main entrance is on the first floor and leads into the spacious living room with large windows overlooking the lake. The living area is thoughtfully divided into a sitting area by the TV and a lounge section centered around the fireplace. Dining area with long marble table and a fully equipped kitchen with island. A covered terrace outside is ideal for alfresco dining, and a balcony along the house provides stunning views of the lake. On the same floor, a few steps down, you’ll find a study and 4 bedrooms: the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower.
– The lower floor, accessing the pool area, has a second smaller kitchen, just perfect for a quick snack and of course to keep the prosecco cold at the pool! The sleeping area on this floor has one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, bathroom with tub and overhead shower. Laundry room. Garage.

The garden (3200 m²) grows on the sloping hill surrounding the house, offering a variety of vantage points for taking in the views of the lake and Angera’s castle “La Rocca”. The swimming pool is the perfect haven on warm summer days and is flanked by a covered patio with sunloungers and poufs.

The vacation Villa Mirella is situated uphill in a quiet residential area of Dagnente, at about a 2 km drive down to the lakeside village of Meina. The charming town of Arona is located at 4 km with a beautiful promenade along the lake and many shops and restaurants. From there you can easily hop on a ferry and explore the delights of Lake Maggiore. Arona’s railway station connects you directly to the centre of Milan. Only 15 km away you’ll find Stresa, the most popular tourist town on the lake, with regular ferries to the famous Borromeo Islands. Many easy day trips are possible in this region: the famous Piedmont vineyards, the romantic Lake Orta, playing golf on one of the many golf courses or hiking in the nearby mountains.

RENTAL CONDITIONS – VILLA MIRELLA:

Water, electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning, smart TV, wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine, baby bed and high chair, garden, barbecue, swimming pool (12 x 3m; depth 1,5m), ping pong, garage and outside parking

Extra to be paid cash upon arrival:
– Security deposit (refundable): 1000 euro
– Cleaning (obligatory): 350 euro per week
– Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels (obligatory): 180 euro
– Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

Arrival and departure:
Reservations per week

– Swimming pool seasonally opened approximately from May to October; contact us for the exact dates before booking.
– Domestic animals not allowed.
– Parties or events not allowed.

Additional services:
Private chef and other catering options, pre-stocking, extra cleaning and change of linen, personal trainer and massage, tour guide, boat & bike rentals, and other extra services: upon prior request only – we will gladly provide you with the direct contact details of the service providers to enhance your villa vacation experience.
Important: pre-authorization of any in-villa services by external people is required by the owner of the villa, and for some properties the services can be organised only by trusted persons of the owner. Please enquire before booking.
