Along the serene shores of the lake, lies a hidden gem of tranquility – Villa Isola Comacina. Whether you’re sunbathing outside or enjoying the lake views from within, this villa encourages you to unwind and enjoy the splendor of lakeside living on Lake Como. Villa Isola Comacina (350 m²) can sleep up to 12 guests in 6 air-conditioned bedrooms across 4 floors:
– The main level includes a nice living area with a fireplace and a dining table, as well as access to the outdoor covered terrace, a lakeview corner with desk, and a fully equipped kitchen. Toilet.
– The upper two floors are dedicated to the sleeping quarters with on the first floor two bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and an in-room shower and sink. On the second floor is a bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with each two double beds, and a bathroom with shower.
– The garden level’s bottom floor includes a playroom with a billiards table and a shower, perfect for refreshing after a lakeside swim, as well as a laundry room.

The private garden (300 m²) along the lake’s shoreline is an intimate haven of quiet, with panoramic views of the bay and the adjacent island of Comacina. The pergola-covered terraces and comfortable sofas create an enchanting setting for al fresco socializing, while the BBQ area allows for outdoor culinary pleasures. The manicured lawn with sun loungers is ideal for soaking up the sun, while the private pier welcomes you to take a refreshing dip in the lake’s waters.

Villa Isola Comacina is located in the little village of Ossuccio (Tremezzina), overlooking the Diana Bay, also known as the ‘Zoca de l’Oli (smooth as oil), a calm inlet in front of the Comacina Island and so named due to the unique serenity of its waters, precisely “smooth as oil”. The mild environment here promotes the growth of typical Mediterranean vegetation, most notably the abundance of olive trees. Tremezzina is one of Lake Como’s favorite areas since it is centrally located, making it easy to explore and enjoy all of the wonderful sites and attractions around. You’ll find plenty of traditional Italian boutiques as well as excellent local trattorias nearby. Hop on a ferry and explore the magical Como lake villages Bellagio, Varenna, and much much more.

Note:
– Domestic animals not allowed.
– Parties or events not allowed.
– There is no parking at the villa. Paid parking can be found in a parking lot at 100m from the villa.
– Interesting fact (or myth?): This traditional townhouse was converted from a former police station into a genuine and contemporary Italian home. On the basement level, the villa manager will surprise you by showing the “prison room”.
