For some owners, the agency handles the full regulatory process (CIN, CIR, CIA, Questura guest reporting, regional tourism portal, municipal tourist tax, Agenzia delle Entrate). Safety is checked against current Italian regulations including fire extinguishers, gas detectors, and smoke detectors.
