Which villas include a dedicated on-site concierge?
A handful of premium villas in our portfolio include dedicated on-site concierge support as part of the rental – a personal greeter on arrival and in-stay assistance throughout your holiday. The guest experiences below, from stays at Villa Aede, Villino San Remigio, Villa Virginia and Villa Falcone, give a sense of what that looks like. At every other villa, the same services are available on-request – just tell us what you would like when you enquire.

Absolutely. We collaborate with top local chefs who can prepare everything from a one-off celebratory dinner to daily meals during your entire stay.
Do you offer private boat tours on the lakes?
Yes, we organise exclusive private boat tours on Lake Maggiore, Lake Como, and Lake Orta, ranging from sunset cruises and aperitivos to full-day excursions.
Can you organise vineyard tours and wine tastings?
Certainly. The Piedmont region and the Barolo area are world-renowned for their wines. We can organise exclusive visits to historic cellars, meetings with winemakers, and private tastings.
How far in advance should I request these services?
The more notice the better, especially for private chefs, boat and yacht charters, and autumn truffle hunting – we recommend two to four weeks for peak summer dates (July and August) and the truffle harvest (October and November). Smaller arrangements such as grocery pre-stocking, airport transfers and wellness treatments can usually be organised with a few days’ notice. We will always do our best for last-minute requests.
