This amazing contemporary villa sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 ensuite bedrooms, and is fully air conditioned:
– The main floor features a spacious open living room with large sliding windows offering fantastic lake views, a comfortable sitting space with couches and TV, dining table, kitchen, and access to the terrace with pool and jacuzzi. On this floor are 3 bedrooms with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
– On the first floor is the beautiful master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
– The lower floor has another bedroom with double bed (no lake view) and ensuite bathroom with shower. On this floor you’ll also find the fitness area and sauna. Laundry room.

Enjoy the spacious terrace outside (150 m²), complete with sun loungers, deck chairs, and a barbecue. The views are just the best here. Relax in the hot tub or dive into the infinity pool. With his concierge services, the kindest villa manager will pamper you; additional services, like tastings or a chef, are just a phone call away.

The Villa Myrta is situated in a peaceful residential area of the lakeside village Sala Comacina at 750 m from the lake shore. It is one of the most sought after areas of Lake Como, ideally located centrally of the lake so you can easily visit and discover all the wonderful sights and attractions around. You’ll find many typical Italian boutiques and excellent local trattorias nearby. Hop on a ferry and explore the magical Como lake villages Bellagio, Varenna, and much much more.

Extra to be paid:
– Security deposit by credit card upon arrival (refundable): 3500 euro

Note:
– A caddy shuttle service is available at the villa to and from the lake (2 minutes’ drive) to easily get to the dock for boat taxis, and to the restaurants in the village on Sala Comacina. Available upon request from April to September.
– Domestic animals not allowed.
– Parties or events allowed (upon prior request only).
