The Villa Laurenza is characterized by its elegant and contemporary furnishings and offers spacious and highly comfortable accommodation for 11 to 14 people in 7/8 bedrooms (440 m²):
– The ground floor features a bright living room with couches around the fireplace and TV, billiards table, a wide dining room accessing the lakeside terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen.
– On the first floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bedrooms with small double beds (140 cm wide), 3 bathrooms with shower, and a covered terrace overlooking the lake.
– The second penthouse floor is composed of a living room, with kitchenette, leading onto a sunny, panoramic terrace. There is a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with a small double bed (140 cm wide), a study room with double sofa bed, and a bathroom with tub and shower.
– On the basement floor are a gym room and bathroom.
The villa is set in a marvelous private park (5000m²) bordering the lake with its own boat dock. In the garden there are plenty of places to sit back and relax while staring over the lake, the lawn is meticulously maintained, and the swimming pool is surrounded by a deck with sun loungers and chairs. In a separate recreational building the kids will love the ping pong table, table football and other games.
Situated in the lovely hamlet of Vassena, Oliveto Lario, along the Lake Como shoreline, you conveniently have in walking distance a few bars and restaurants, convenience store, boat and kayak rental. It’s a great base to explore this magical lake at 14 km from the lively lakeside town of Lecco with plenty of shops, and only 8 km from Bellagio. Well-known as the pearl of Lake Como, Bellagio is a small picturesque village with many cafes, restaurants and craft shops, and ferry departures towards all parts of the lake.

Villa Laurenza - Rental conditions
Included:
Water, gas, electricity, air conditioning, daily cleaning (2 h) from Monday to Friday, bed linen, bathroom towels (change twice per week), pool towels, smart TV, wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fire place, baby bed and high chair, gym room, ping pong, table football, garden, barbecue, swimming pool (15 x 7m; depth from 0,9m to 2,5m), boat dock, parking
Extra to be paid:
- Security deposit by bank transfer directly to the owner (refundable): 1500 euro
- Heating house (seasonal): metered according to consumption
- Breakfast service (upon prior request): 700 euro per week for the chef service (excluding food and drink expenses) plus 500 euro refundable deposit for the food purchase
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

- Please note that the small double beds (or large single beds) are 140 cm wide and to be considered small for two tall adults but can accommodate 2 younger people. Our recommendation is for 1 person.
- Swimming pool open approximately from mid-April to mid-October; contact us for the exact dates before booking.
- Domestic animals not allowed.
- Parties or events not allowed.

Important: pre-authorization of any in-villa services by external people is required by the owner of the villa, and for some properties the services can be organised only by trusted persons of the owner. Please enquire before booking.
