The Villa Cristina is a spacious home featuring unique and charismatic interiors with rare designer furniture, beautiful antiques and quality finishes. The main villa (652 m²) accommodates 10 people in 6 bedrooms and the separate guesthouse (120 m²) can sleep another 3 people in 2 bedrooms:
– On the first floor is a scenographic living room with open fire place and large windows opening out to a panoramic lakeview terrace with table for 14 people and barbecue, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and access to a garden view terrace. The elegant hallway leads to the sleeping area with a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with whirlpool tub, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom, a bathroom with tub and shower, and a guest toilet. The bedrooms on this floor are air conditioned.
– On the lower floor you’ll find a cosy living room with TV, a magnificent library room, a veranda-style lounge room with grand piano, and a wine cellar. The sleeping area here has a double bedroom, a single bedroom with ensuite toilet, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms on this floor have a Dyson cooler fan.
– The independent guest house consists on the main floor of a brand-new gym room, bathroom with shower, and a kitchen. On the first floor are an air conditioned double and single bedroom and bathroom with tub (see notes below).

The villa is set in a large park (12000 m²) that is perfect for enjoying the nature in total privacy and tranquility. The gardens are well-kept and have many different kinds of plants and trees, some of which are centuries old. In the sunniest part of the park you’ll find a swimming pool with a very original shape and sun loungers to dream away your days at this exclusive property. A new gym has just been added to the guesthouse with the latest modern workout equipment. Or what about a game of pétanque? Challenge your friends and family to a game of Italian bocce.

Villa Cristina is located in the small village of Civenna, you can walk to the local grocery store in less than 1 km. Bellagio, known as the pearl of Lake Como, is a short 15 minutes’ drive (8 km) away. Bellagio is a picturesque village with a beautiful lakeside promenade and many cafes, restaurants and craft shops. Ideally situated in the center of the lake, it is an excellent base for exploring the area easily by ferry towards Varenna, Menaggio and all other beautiful and magical parts of Lake Como!

RENTAL CONDITIONS – VILLA CRISTINA 8 BEDROOMS 13 PAX:
Included:
Welcome basket, continental breakfast, concierge service, daily housekeeping, water, gas, electricity, air conditioning (bedrooms of the villa first floor and guesthouse), cooler fans in the other bedrooms, bathroom and pool towels (change 3 times per week), bed linen (change mid-week), luxury bath products, fire place, piano, wireless internet, smart TV, safe (in 2 bedrooms), baby bed and high chair, pétanque, gym, garden, barbecue, swimming pool (84 m²; depth 1,4 m), pool heating included from June to August, outdoor shower, garage parking (up to 8 places)

Extra to be paid:
– Security deposit by bank transfer to the owner (refundable): 7000 euro
– Heating villa (seasonal): according to consumption
– Heating swimming pool (out of high season): 10 euro per hour (see notes below)
– Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable
– Additional maid cleaning: EUR 40 per hour per maid
– Additional bed change: EUR 40 per bed
– Additional towel change: EUR 20 per person
– Laundry and ironing service: EUR 40 per load (up to 8 kg) and EUR 40 per hour for the ironing service

Note:
– Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Any extra hours will be charged to the guest. Breakfast includes service, a continental breakfast, and a selection of cold savory dishes. Customized breakfasts and hot dishes are available upon request for an additional cost.
– Swimming pool approximately open from May to end September; contact us for the exact dates before booking.
– Pool heating is included from June to August. The pool can also be heated in April, May and September and, depending on the temperature and the weather, the cost is EUR 10 per hour (to reach a water temperature of 27°C, it may be necessary to turn on the heater 48 hours before guests’ arrival in mild weather. If the weather is colder, the minimum required heating time is 48-72 hours. Once the minimum temperature is reached, a minimum of 14 hours per day of heating is required to maintain the temperature. If the outside temperature is below 16 degrees, it may be difficult to reach the optimal water temperature).
– Events allowed (upon prior request only).
– Pets allowed (upon prior request only).
– Housekeeping 7 days per week: from 08:00AM to 12.00AM and from 03.00PM to 07:00PM
– The laundry room is not for guests. If the guests need to do laundry, the laundry will be done by the maid at the aforementioned costs.
– The staff sleeps in a separate apartment inside the park of the property with an independent entrance from the garage of the guesthouse. Privacy guaranteed.
– Villa Cristina 6 BEDROOMS 10 PAX: Booking of the main villa with 6 bedrooms for up to 10 people. The extra guesthouse bedrooms would not then be accessible or rented out.
– Villa Cristina 8 BEDROOMS 13 PAX: Booking of the main villa and the guesthouse bedrooms.

Private chef and other catering options, pre-stocking, extra cleaning and change of linen, personal trainer and massage, tour guide, boat & bike rentals, and other extra services: upon prior request only – we will gladly provide you with the direct contact details of the service providers to enhance your villa vacation experience.
Important: pre-authorization of any in-villa services by external people is required by the owner of the villa, and for some properties the services can be organised only by trusted persons of the owner. Please enquire before booking.
